JBF Greens: A Celebration of the Hudson Valley

Join JBF Greens (foodies under 40) and Hudson Whiskey for a dinner at the historic James Beard House celebrating the bounty of the Hudson Valley and National Rye Heritage Month.
Executive chef Jeff Gimmel of Swoon KitchenBar, a Hudson, NY favorite, will present a menu highlighting the best of farm-to-table fare from the Hudson Valley, spotlighting local ingredients and innovative techniques. Each course will be paired with Hudson Whiskey’s award-winning, locally sourced, and handcrafted whiskies.
Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
