JBF Greens x Sweetbriar
Wed, July 13, 2022
Join JBF Greens for live-fire cooking at Sweetbriar in NoMad NYC.
Since delivering ribs in the back of his Subaru, James Beard Award Semifinalist chef Bryce Shuman has turned his pandemic barbecue pop-up into a neighborhood staple. Using a wood-fire oven, charcoal grill, and smoker, chef Shuman will curate a playful three-course menu focusing on upscale American comfort fare.
The evening will also feature sparkling and still wines from J Vineyards & Winery.
*70% of your ticket price will go directly to the host restaurant while 30% will go towards the Foundation’s programs, including our Open for Good campaign to support independent restaurants.
