Conlon, a 2017 James Beard Award nominee for Best Chef: Great Lakes, will showcase Fat Rice’s fun vibes and signature mash-up of Macau and Portuguese flavors for a dinner you won’t want to miss.

Empada de Peixe > Sweet-and-Savory Fish Pie with São Jorge Cheese, Olives, Cumin, Pine Nuts, and Achar de Limão  

Tacho > Traditional Macanese Cozido with Chicken Breast, Pork Belly, Puffed Pig’s Skin, Chinese Sausage, Salted Duck, Salted Bacon, Cabbage, Mushrooms, Spring Root Vegetables, and Rich Umami Broth  

Batatada > White Sweet Potato Tea-Time Cake with Strawberry, Rhubarb, Azorean Honey, and Basil
