Bryan Emperor first fell for Japanese food and culture while studying abroad, and found himself so enamored he ditched the finance world for the restaurant kitchen. After years training in some of the world’s top kitchens, Emperor assumed the role executive chef at O-Ku DC, where his expertise yields delectable sushi and wood-fired robata-style dishes.
