Explore the richness and diversity of Mexico’s food culture with JBF Greens through an at-home feast curated by Gastronomy Underground.
Founders Pablo Rojas and Roxanna Mejia will prepare (and deliver!) a custom Taco Tuesday box, showcasing an array of street food classics from central and northern Mexico. Greens can then tune in to hear Rojas and Mejia discuss not only their mission to rediscover Mexico’s culinary heritage, but also how they launched the concept for Gastronomy Underground last summer in the midst of the global pandemic.
Each Taco Tuesday box includes street food classics, traditional taco accompaniments, tortillas, and salsas enough for two (2) guests; and a special edition JBF tote bag. Delivery available in Brooklyn only.
All reservationas are non-refundable and must be made in advance.
