The high-end restaurant's stunning menu is overseen by chef Ryan McCaskey, an alum of esteemed kitchens like Courtright's and Rushmore. "At Acadia, however," writes Chicago Tribune critic Phil Vettel, "McCaskey is doing the best work of his career."
