For this special Beard House evening, the talented team from Albany’s Sybaris will craft a delectable feast celebrating all things Oregon. Chef Matt Bennett will amp up his French-inflected Northwest cuisine with decadent, local black and white truffles, and fine Oregon wines will round out this culinary ode to the Beaver State.
