Executive Chef Michael Showers and the High West Hospitality team proudly welcome their new partner in Kentucky, Copper & Kings American Brandy, for this relaxed dinner, showcasing a taste of Kentucky craft in sips and bites, set in the glorious High West Distillery setting. Copper & Kings American Brandy Company is an innovative distillery in Louisville, KY, focusing on producing coveted brandy, gin and absinthe. The industrial-chic setting stands apart from the bourbon houses that make up the historic whiskey trail. 

This Friends of James Beard Benefit supports the James Beard Foundation’s Open for Good initiatives, which provide critical resources to help independent restaurants build the capacity to come back stronger, more equitable, more sustainable, and more resilient.
