Join JBF Greens for a modern spin on classic Indian dishes in one of Chicago’s newest burgeoning neighborhoods, Logan Square.
Chefs Yoshi Yamada and Zeeshan Shah (who met at the James Beard House in New York City in 2014!) explore the culinary connections between India and America alongside Superkhana partner Jason Hammel.
Together, Yoshi and Zeeshan will curate a unique menu that celebrates Indian flavors and explores the dynamic between creativity and tradition within the cuisine. Beverage director/general manager Colleen Malone will select an assortment of bubbles, wine, and spritzers to complement the evening’s menu.
Tickets are limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance.
