Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program fellow Ping Ho’s Marrow (a 2019 Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Restaurant) is Detroit’s first neighborhood restaurant-and-butcher shop hybrid, crafting menus and making relationships with customers in a truly “old-world” style. Don’t miss this dinner celebrating Marrow’s whole-animal butchery and dedication to community, featuring the lauded culinary chops of chef Sarah Welch.
Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
