Chef Travis Swikard rose through the ranks in Daniel Boulud’s empire to eventually become culinary director at three of his legendary New York City spots. Now back in his native San Diego, Swikard is preparing to finally debut a restaurant of his own: Callie. Join us at the Beard House as we celebrate this milestone with a delicious California and Mediterranean–inspired repast.
Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
