Celebrate summer draped in proper Southern hospitality when the Savannah-based culinary duo Zach Shultz and Brandon Whitestone decamp to the Beard House. For this special dinner, the talented Cotton & Rye chefs will craft an elegant ode to American cuisine through the lens of longstanding Southern flavors and traditions.

Preserved Beets with Crispy Shallots, Spiced Horseradish Yogurt, and Capers

Corn Flour–Dusted Carolina Trout with Okra, Tomato, Sour Corn, Butter Beans, Smoked Pork, Preserved Peppers, Tomato Water Broth, and Celery Leaves

Fried Springer Mountain Farms Chicken Thigh with Double Mustard–Cheddar Cream, Compressed Spicy Melon, Pickled Watermelon Rind, Frill Mustard, and Pecan Vinaigrette

Heritage Pork Collar with Charred Peaches, Preserved Tomatoes, Roasted Pickled Carrots, Baby Vegetables, and Peach Jus
