For this year’s annual Songkran Beard House dinner, we’ve invited chef Hong Thaimee to help us celebrate in style. Grounded in years of training under one of Thailand’s best chefs, plus five years spent under Jean-Georges Vongerichten at Spice Market and Perry Street in NYC, Thaimee’s fare has been described by the New Yorker as “addictive” and “fascinating,” touching on tradition but with an eye for modern flare.
