The dinner at Anju will be an intimate gathering with a multi-course menu created by Chef Angel Barreto of Anju in Washington, D.C. and Chef Ana Castro of Lengua Madre in New Orleans. The menu will reflect their signature styles and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurants and the Washington, D.C./New Orleans communities.
