[Virtual] Unpacking Japanese-Italian Flavors: At Home with Kimika

Support our local restaurant community with JBF Greens through an exceptional night at home courtesy of the celebrated team behind Kimika and our national partner, J Vineyards & Winery.
Executive chef Christine Lau and pastry chef Clarice Lam will prepare a custom Greens meal kit, highlighting some of the Nolita newcomer’s greatest hits, and will discuss not only their connection to Japanese-Italian cuisine but also how they, along with their team, opened the restaurant in August 2020 in the midst of the global pandemic.
Each ticket includes one (1) meal kit, which contains a snack and an entrée for one (1) guest along with one (1) bottle of wine from J Vineyards for the ultimate seasonal pairing. Wine expert Jessica Limon will also be on-hand to share insights into the wine and the pairing.
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance.
*$40 of your ticket price will go directly to the host restaurant while $5 will go towards the Foundation’s programs, including our Open For Good campaign to support independent restaurants.
