Yank Sing
San Francisco

Yank Sing has been one of my favorite spots in San Francisco since moving here in 1991. It was around the corner from Rubicon, so before we opened the restaurant with the New York gang we regularly frequented Yank Sing for a delicious lunch while plotting the opening. The dim sum is always amazing. My favorites are the soup dumplings, pea shoot dumplings, stuffed lotus leaf, Peking duck, and squab lettuce cups. It never disappoints.
