Denver Farm Feast 
At the cozy Beast + Bottle, chef Paul C. Reilly oversees a tightly curated menu of rustic American cuisine that reflects a reverence for ingredients. His sister and co-owner, Aileen Reilly, runs the front of the house at the intimate restaurant, which also boasts an in-house butchery program and an acclaimed wine selection.

Tuesday, June 9, 7:00 P.M.
The Pubbelly Boys 
After launching Pubbelly, their first Miami gastropub, to critical acclaim, José Mendín, Sergio Navarro, and Andreas Schreiner went on to open a string of white-hot eateries that consistently rank high with diners and critics alike. Experience the buzz when the Pubbelly Boys, as they are fondly known, bring their signature Latin, Asian, and French flavors to the Beard House.

Beard on Books: 1,000 Foods to Eat Before You Die
Between her roles as a former New York Times restaurant critic and food and travel journalist, JBF Award winner Mimi Sheraton has criss-crossed the globe while experiencing the best bites around the world. In her new book, 1,000 Foods to Eat Before You Die, Sheraton offers her insights, compiling a list of must-haves for the adventurous food lover in all of us. Ranging from high-end tasting menus to the simple delight of a frozen candy bar, Sheraton shares her view on how to live life to its gastronomic fullest.

Texas 'Cue 
Now based in Atlanta, Texas-raised chefs Jonathan Fox and Justin Fox missed their hometown barbecue so much they started their own joint. After wowing Beard House diners last year with a mouthwatering meat-filled luncheon, the duo is bringing the beef back for what’s sure to be another culinary ‘cue fest to remember.

Thursday, June 11, 7:00 P.M.
Traverse City Wine Trail 
Since opening the doors ten years ago, chef Myles Anton has earned a following for his wine-friendly, farm-to-table cuisine at northern Michigan’s Trattoria Stella. Located in culture-rich Traverse City, this sophisticated restaurant offers modern interpretations of classic Italian cuisine and has earned the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence each year it’s been in business.

 
Friday, June 12, 7:00 P.M.
Oakland Hot Spot 
Chef Kyle Itani honed his skills at Yoshi’s in San Francisco before moving across the Bay to open Hopscotch Oakland, where he serves simple but artfully conceived American fare with Japanese touches. The cozy restaurant earned a three-star review from San Francisco Chronicle food critic Michael Bauer, who raved that Hopscotch “deserves a huge following.”
