Modern Hawaiian Feast

Modern NYC spot Noreetuh draws its name from the Korean word for "playground,” and serves up a menu to match, with its playful fusion of Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean, and Filipino flavors. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Honolulu, chef Chung Chow's professional journey has taken him from French to Italian cuisine to back to his Hawaiian roots, providing a diverse underpinning to his light-hearted, yet soulful fare.

JBF Greens NYC: A Night of Film and Food

For the sixth year in a row, the James Beard Foundation Greens (foodies under 40) are partnering with the Film Society of Lincoln Center’s own under-40 group, New Wave, to present a fabulous evening of film and food at the organization’s Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center. 

Guests will enjoy a special screening of the film Constructing Albert, followed by a reception featuring bites from some of New York’s finest chefs, cocktails, Ommegang beers, and wine from Palm Bay Imports.

For this Beard House dinner, Beaucamp will spring his “conscientious cuisine” on the Beard House and show off the peak-of-the-season offerings that have earned Lake Austin Spa Resort accolades nationwide.
