Friday evening begins with a tasting reception featuring an exciting lineup of Arizona’s finest chefs. Then you’ll enjoy a unique three-course seated dinner designed by All-Star Amanda Freitag, Local Star Christopher Gross, and Host Chef Dushyant Singh, followed by desserts served under the stars. Versatile chef Chance Bear has impressed Beard House guests with his dinners focusing on Italy, Iran, and, most recently, upstate New York. For his fourth appearance, he’ll revisit the Empire State, leading an all-new team of culinary comrades for an elegant expression of the region’s early autumn abundance. Expect plates like Young Pumpkin Gnocchi with Upstate Cheddar; Butter-Roasted Monkfish with 80-Day-Aged Mole and Vegetable Textures; and Frenched Boar Chop with Braised Boar–Blueberry Agnolotti and Wild Mushroom Demi-Glace.
