Only have time for a quick bite? Stop by our Good To Go by JBF, our kiosk in Market 57.

Good To Go by JBF is an incubator for new, fast-casual concepts from established operators who embody the James Beard Foundation’s mission and values. As we launch the kiosk, we’re featuring a selection of dishes crafted by our James Beard House Fellows in advance of our first incubator concept this fall. Swing by for bites like Pernil al Horno, Jicama–Mango Salad, and Burnt Honey Mocha Cupcakes. These menu items are only available for a short period of time, so don’t miss your chance to try them out!

Applications are now open for our first Good To Go concept! Selected applicants will receive resources to bring their vision to life and the opportunity to serve special menu items found only at the Good To Go kiosk in Market 57 during their residency.

Through our partnership with Pepsi Dig In, the first incubated residency will feature a Black chef or restaurateur and provide tools to drive the continued success of their businesses. Applications are open until April 30. Click here for more info and to apply!
