We're six months into our Sustainable Seafood Partnership program, which works in tandem with Smart Catch to help chefs and consumers to end up with more ecologically friendly, but just as delicious, fish on their plates. Since then, we've added a new partner to our cohort of leading aquaculture producers, Riverence Steelhead Trout, and held two Issue Summits and Culinary Labs in Washington, D.C., and Denver.

To help change perceptions around aquaculture (remember, not all farmed fish is bad), we've pulled together facts on the ways our partners are impacting the industry, and making it easier for us all to make seafood choices that are better for the oceans, and for our health.
