Join acclaimed chef Erik Ramirez and head bartender Natasha Bermudez of New York City hot spot, Llama San, as they showcase an underexplored facet of Peruvian gastronomy: Nikkei cuisine.

At Llama San, Peruvian–American chef Erik tips his hat to his roots by highlighting Peruvian ingredients that have been molded by Japanese recipes and traditions. And, Natasha’s inventive bar menu–made up of just nine drinks–follows suit.

Follow along as chef Erik demonstrates a tart, spicy tuna ceviche dish and Natasha shakes up two playful cocktails—one featuring Peruvian pisco and the other Japanese shochu. Registered guests will receive the recipes in advance to prepare accordingly.

Registration is required for this event, and is open to JBF Greens Members and the General Public. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Zoom link to be provided to registered guests.
