A national event celebrating your local restaurant community.
Taste America will bring chefs and diners from 20 cities around the country together for a virtual communal dinner to support local independent restaurants. 

Enjoy a three-course meal with guests in your city and around the country from the comfort of your home! Your Taste America meal kit will be prepared by chef A. John-Carter and includes dough wine, along with access to cooking demos and our national broadcast featuring a lineup of James Beard Foundation friends, chefs, and special guests.

*Please note your three-course meal will be packaged for pick-up so that you may enjoy it at home. Some heating or finishing may be required, instructions will be provided. Refrigeration recommended.

*Please note guests must be 21+ to order and pick up a meal kit.

Your three-course meal will be available to pick up on the afternoon of Sunday, October 18 at The Macintosh (479B King Street, Charleston, SC 29403).

Through our Open for Good campaign, the Foundation is committed to helping independent restaurants survive this crisis, rebuild better, and thrive for the long term.
