Join us for an inspired, hands-on virtual cooking session with Beard Award-winning chef, restaurateur and culinary icon Marcus Samuelsson. His approachable seafood recipes will transport us to the Mediterranean, elevating our favorite dishes with the mouthwatering flavor of high quality seafoods.

In this class you’ll explore two dishes: A legendary small plate from the Mediterranean coast, Genova Yellowfin Tuna–Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with Herbed Fennel Salad, and the perfect primi, Bucatini with Swiss Chard, Preserved Lemon, Chile, and King Oscar Mackerel Royal Fillets.

You’ll also have a chance to interact directly with Marcus to discuss his favorite culinary techniques and tips for perparing seafood, and related questions you may have.

Chef Samuelsson’s recipes will not only show the versatility of King Oscar and Genova, but they’ll also make you feel as if you’re dining al fresco in a beautiful city on the Mediterranean without ever leaving your home.

This event is free. Attendance is limited and the first 65 registrants will receive a special gift ahead of the broadcast if reserved by September 29.

**Gift items are only available to ship to registrants living in the USA.
