Join us for a virtual live event with James Beard Award–nominated chef, restaurateur, and Top Chef all-star Gregory Gourdet. Gourdet’s celebrated cooking draws inspiration from across the globe while maintaining his commitment to health and balance. As ambassador for the Marine Stewardship Council U.S. (MSC) and contributor to MSC’s new digital Healthy Oceans Too cookbook, his mission is to celebrate the versatility of the ingredients while educating food enthusiasts on the power of their choices.

For this event, Gourdet will showcase the delicious potential of sustainable seafood, preparing two mouthwatering dishes, providing exclusive tips, and guiding us on best practices in selecting seafood that is good for us and the planet.

This Event is Free. Attendance is limited and the first 30 registrants will receive a special The Marine Stewardship Council tote bag ahead of the broadcast if reserved by March 1.

**Gift tote is only available to ship to registrants living in the Continental US.
