Honey Do Cocktail
Hyatt, host of JBF's 2018 Chef Jacket Presentation, honored the JBFA reception chefs with an intimate brunch at NoMI in Park Hyatt Chicago, featuring lamb merguez rissole, madai carpaccio, and this honey–rum cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces rum
- 1 ounces lemon juice
- 1 ounce orange
- 1 ounce honey
Method
Shake all the ingredients with ice. Pour the drink into a coup glass and garnish with an orange swath.
