Lingonberry Preserves

Yield

about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lingonberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 quart water

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until a syrupy consistency is achieved. Let cool.
