1 cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 lump of sugar 
  • 1 slice of lemon peel 
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters 
  • 3 ounces of whiskey, rum, or brandy 

Method

Mash the sugar and bitters and lemon peel with a muddler. Add the ice and the spirit and stir well.
