Makes 1 cocktail
- ¾ ounce Campari
- ¾ ounce grapefruit juice
- Bar spoon of blackberry jam (for a smoother drink, blend the jam in a blender, then strain out the seeds)
- Sparkling wine
- Grapefruit twist for garnish
Fill a wineglass with ice. Add the Campari and grapefruit juice to the glass, then add the jam. Stir gently to combine. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
