Indulge in pastoral luxury when the team from the multiple James Beard Award–winning Barn at Blackberry Farm brings its Great Smoky Mountains bounty up north. Brimming with regional produce and housemade cheeses and charcuterie, this sophisticated dining experience is one you won’t want to miss. Expect dishes like Pork Belly Skewers with Vanilla-Pickled Fennel; Hearth-Roasted Squash with Garden Dill, Crème Fraîche, and Hazelnuts; and Sheep’s Milk Bavarian Cream with East Tennessee Apples, White Chocolate, and Pie Dough.
