Take your taste buds on a tropical vacation when the iconic Royal Hawaiian, nicknamed the “Pink Palace of the Pacific,” sets up shop at the Beard House. Tonight guests will sample chef Shaymus Alwin’s signature cuisine from the resort’s award-winning Azure restaurant, which showcases Hawaii’s native seafood and lush produce, such as Hearts of Palm Chawanmushi with Peekytoe Crab, Maine Uni, and Nasturtium; Keahole Lobster with Brioche, Meyer Lemon Preserve, Truffle Aïoli, and Chervil Brown Butter; and Crispy-Skinned Onaga with Hirabara Farms Radishes, Hamakua Maitake Mushrooms, Sweet Corn Croquette, and Foie Gras Dashi.
