JBF Award Winner Paul Bartolotta, Bartolotta Restaurants, Milwaukee / Odette Fada, NYC / Theo Schoenegger, Sinatra Encore at the Wynn Las Vegas

 

Join us tonight for a special Friends of James Beard Benefit as JBF Award winner Paul Bartolotta, Theo Schoenegger, and Odette Fada—the three original chefs from the lauded San Domenico NY—come together for the first time to create a spectacular menu celebrating the products, cuisine, and wines of Italy. The collaboration will feature dishes like Cetara Anchovies with Lardo on Roasted Country Bread; Oven-Roasted Scampi with Stone-Pressed Olive Oil; and Summer Truffle–Crusted Squab Breast with Porcini and Blueberry Risotto.
