Here’s a taste of what’s on tap today at the Beard House.

Jeremy Ford, Matador Room at the Miami Beach EDITION, Miami Beach, FL

Jeremy Ford reigned supreme on Top Chef, and now he’s bringing his competitive edge to the Beard House for a Latin-inspired fiesta. Lauded by Forbes for running the Matador Room with “impeccable precision” and a “cool-cat vibe,” Ford will treat guests to his playful take on Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s signature bold flavors. Expect dynamic plates like Triar Seafood Key West Shrimp with Clementine–Habanero Infusion, Almonds, and Bananas; Lobster with Florida Squash, Black Truffles, and Lemon; and Peach Pavlova with Blackberries and Olive Oil Ice Cream.
