For this year’s Repeal Day fête, we’ve tapped the white-hot team from the Broken Shaker and Freehand Hotels to craft a spirited menu replete with playful cocktails and inventive fare. Known for tipples infused with spices, herbs, and fresh-pressed elixirs, this creative crew will make you grateful that Prohibition is a thing of the past. Expect intoxicating plates like Colombian Arepas with Ropa Vieja and Queso Fresco; Coconut Red Curry with Florida Middle Neck Clams, Daily Catch, and Florida Hopper Shrimp; and Tres Leches Cake with Guava Sorbet, Ricotta Foam, and Guava Jam.
