Last year Noah Schwartz wowed Beard House diners with an elegant winter feast sourced straight from the East End. If you missed out, don’t fret—tonight Schwartz will reprise the superior coastal cuisine that earned him praise from the New York Times as a “wizard in the kitchen,” with dishes such as Miniature Beet Tacos; Charred Peconic Bay Striped Bass Crudo with Pickled Late-Season Corn and Fish–Pepper Relish; and Wickham’s Fruit Farm Crostata with Mom’s Honey and Whipped Mecox Bay Dairy Crème Fraîche.
