Get your paddles ready! The 2023 James Beard Foundation Bid for Good Fall Auction is now open. From now until November 3, bid on exciting travel and destinations, meals at renowned restaurants, VIP tours of wineries, luxury cookware and home goods, and more! All proceeds from the online auction provide critical funding for our programs, helping us achieve our mission to celebrate, support, and elevate the people behind America’s food culture, and champion a standard of good food anchored in talent, equity, and sustainability.

His resume includes time as Creative Director at Le Bernardin in New York City, winner of three Michelin stars and four stars from the New York Times, and of course, his own creation—Lazy Betty in Atlanta. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for up to 6 people to take a Chinese food cooking class with chef Ron Hsu!
