ABCs of Accounting Virtual Office Hours

The Activity-based Costing and Optimization Tool (ABCOT) is a formulated spreadsheet designed to calculate the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) for a single dish. Update the spreadsheet with your information and values, simply plug-and-play, and the tool does the work. Use the ABCOT Overview for detailed step-by-step instructions on how to correctly use the tool. 

Each month, we will host a one-hour session over Zoom for further instruction and insights on using the ABCOT. Hosted by Anouska Biswas, Director of Finance at the James Beard Foundation, along with members of the Executive MBA team at the Ross School at the University of Michigan that produced these resources, attendees receive live instruction and are able to ask questions for increased comprehension and use optimization.
