Please join the James Beard Foundation for a discussion on the economic impact of climate change and extreme weather events on restaurants in the Atlanta area. We want to hear your stories, to help you share them with lawmakers and media. We’ll be joined by representatives of your elected officials and community organizations, to empower a local network of change, and will share key updates on the farm bill and conservation programs along with pointers on effective advocacy messaging.
Please feel free to invite your local farmers and producers.
This event is part of The Climate Solutions for Restaurant Survival campaign, which is dedicated to tackling the significant impact of climate change on independent restaurants, chefs, and the local economies they support.
