An Alpine Adventure Featuring Chef Mike Stone of Alpenrausch and Elias Cairo of Olympia Provisions
Explore the gastronomic traditions of the Alps with one of Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurants of 2024: Alpenrausch. For this wintery evening, chef Mike Stone and co-founder and chef Elias Cairo will take guests on a culinary journey through the heart of the Alps with a well-crafted menu centered around traditional Alpine recipes. Guests will also learn the traditions that inspired Olympia Provisions to become America's foremost quality charcuterie-maker focused on sustainably sourced pasture-raised pork, and what motivated the decision to open their own Alpine restaurant.

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
