Set alongside Ford Amphitheater with the Front Range as its backdrop, the weekend pairs two distinct experiences: an intimate pre-concert evening of caviar and cocktails followed by a signature tasting dinner led by executive chef Ricky Biswas. Across both nights, guests will experience chef Biswas’s creativity and culinary perspective alongside curated wines, cocktails, and live entertainment. With an intimate guest count and two unique evenings, Celebrating Land & Sea offers a special opportunity to experience the talented team at Roth’s while celebrating food, music, and hospitality in one of Colorado’s most exciting settings.
