Great Lakes Giveback hosted by PostBoy is a one-night-only experience bringing together four acclaimed, James Beard Award–recognized chefs for a rare, collaborative family-style dinner celebrating the depth and diversity of Great Lakes cuisine. Hosted by 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist® chef James Galbraith, the evening features a five-course menu created together in one kitchen, highlighting each chef’s distinct perspective while showcasing the power of collaboration. The experience reflects the spirit of craftsmanship, creativity, and hospitality that defines both PostBoy and the broader Great Lakes culinary community.
The Great Lakes Giveback is part of the Friends of James Beard Benefit series; events hosted by generous people, businesses, and organizations outside of JBF that provide critical funding for our programs. Each event supports our mission to champion a standard of Good Food for Good® anchored in talent, equity, and sustainability.
