A Taste of Vermont
An intimate five-course wine dinner celebrating Vermont's farms, producers, and peak-season ingredients. Featuring chef Sean Blomgren alongside Vermont chefs Cara Tobin, Avery Buck, and Tiara Adorno.

Friday, August 14

First Taste
A lively tasting event featuring chef stations, seasonal small plates, a raw bar, and curated beverage pairings in collaboration with Vermont Wine Merchants, Barr Hill, and WhistlePig.

Saturday, August 15

Chef Collaboration Dinner
The weekend culminates with a multi-course collaborative dinner showcasing chefs from across New England, paired with exceptional wines curated by Rare Wine Company.

In partnership with Yankee Magazine, this premier annual event brings together acclaimed and James Beard Award–recognized New England chefs, alongside executive chef Sean Blomgren and the Spruce Peak culinary team, for a weekend of curated dining experiences, exceptional hospitality, and peak-season ingredients. From intimate wine dinners and tasting events to a collaborative chef showcase, guests will experience the depth and diversity of New England's culinary landscape while gathering in one of the region's most beautiful mountain destinations.

A Taste of New England is part of the Friends of James Beard Benefit® series; events hosted by generous people, businesses, and organizations outside of JBF that provide critical funding for our programs.
