JBF x Deloitte Industry Report Chef Roundtable Washington, D.C.

As part of the research process for our 2026 State of the Independent Restaurant Industry Report, we are excited to invite you to attend a roundtable in Washington, D.C. on Friday, October 24th. Produced in collaboration with Deloitte, the annual report aims to most accurately reflect the current business landscape of independent, chef-driven restaurants to drive awareness of the unique challenges of our industry.

JBF and the researchers at Deloitte use these focus groups to gather deeper individual perspectives to inform the final report (releasing early 2026).

As a key industry leader, your presence at this focus group will contribute valuable data and perspectives that are critical to the project’s output, which we will ultimately use to develop educational and advocacy programs to support the independent restaurant industry, and to inform media, diners, lawmakers, and industry experts of the most current and accurate landscape for independent restaurants.
