Join JBF Greens for an exploration of regional Indian cuisine at NADU, the newest restaurant from chef/owner and James Beard Award nominee® Sujan Sarkar.
Sarkar is also behind the acclaimed Indian restaurants Indienne, a fine-dining hot spot, and Swadesi, a coffee and chai cafe. NADU, which translates to homeland in Tamil, celebrates the rich diversity of Indian cuisine with traditional dishes from more than ten regions in India.
For the occasion, Sarkar and head chef Sanchit Sahu will prepare a dynamic multi-course menu that showcases the depth and vibrancy of India’s culinary landscape.
