Join JBF Greens at Nuyores, a new South American restaurant in the West Village from Peruvian chef/owner Oscar Lorenzzi (formerly of Michelin-rated Contento) and Chilean sommelier/partner Jonathan Charnay (formerly of Masa).
Born in Lima, Lorenzzi spent more than two decades rising through the ranks of New York City’s restaurant scene. In August 2025, he and Charnay opened Nuyores—named for the South American slang for New York—as a reflection of both his roots and the city that shaped their careers.
For this occasion, chef Lorenzzi will present a three-course menu inspired by his Peruvian upbringing and the vibrant energy of New York City, and wine pairings will be provided by Justin Vineyards & Winery.
