Discover the extraordinary versatility of Thailand's most cherished grain as it transcends cultural boundaries at this exclusive culinary showcase. Learn how this humble staple ingredient is transformed in the hands of visionary chefs Noah Sandoval of Chicago's two-Michelin-starred Oriole, Max Wittawat of the acclaimed Bangkok Supper Club in New York City, and Nate Limwong of New York’s Chalong, renowned for its Southern Thai cuisine and seafood excellence. These culinary masters will employ innovative techniques and draw from global inspirations to reimagine Thai rice varieties—from fragrant jasmine and antioxidant-rich riceberry to glutinous sticky rice and wholesome brown rice. To complement this exploration of Thai rice as a fine-dining sensation, the menu will showcase unique cocktail pairings curated by Suwincha "Cha-Cha" Singsuwan, Bangkok Supper Club’s acclaimed head bartender.

Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund.
