Lobster Lovers Rejoice at This Multi-Course Dinner from the Team Behind the Bi-Coastal Seafood Bar

Nothing makes the season feel more like summer than rosé-all-day vibes—unless, of course, you add lobster. At this dreamy summer soirée, guests will savor lobster in all its delectable shapes and forms including lobster salad, lobster pot pie, and the iconic and always transcendent lobster roll.

In the kitchen, dishes will be expertly executed by the Saltie Girl team including chef Matthew Gaudet (formerly of Eleven Madison Park, Jean-Georges, and Aquavit) and executive pastry chef and founder of SweetBoy Bakery, Ben Sidell, whose pastries have earned him high marks from the Los Angeles Times, LA Magazine’s “Best of L.A.”and Boston Magazine’s “Best of Boston.” Saltie Girl is the brainchild of founder Kathy Sidell, whose bi-coastal restaurant includes the original 30-seat seafood bar in Back Bay that has become revered for its dedication to sustainable seafood and boasting one of the country’s largest collections of tinned fish.

Reservation Policy:

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Events at Platform by JBF are special one-night-only menus and we do not offer a la carte menus. If you have serious food allergies, we will work with the visiting chef team to do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee that alternate options will be available for every course.

Terms

Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
