REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Requests for refunds or exchanges MUST be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase.
- Tickets purchased within 48 hours of the show selected are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. No exceptions.
If you cannot attend, you may contact us by email at vanguardtix@gmail.com to request a refund, or exchange. You must include the attachments from your original purchase confirmation email.
If you choose to exchange your ticket, the new ticket will be final sale and cannot be exchanged again.
In all cases, the per ticket service fee is non- refundable.
Seating is assigned on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend you arrive early for the greatest choice of seats. Please plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the show begins.
