Help support the next generation of great American chefs by hosting a Friends of James Beard Benefit® at your restaurant!

By holding a Friends of James Beard Benefit, chefs have the opportunity to stage a high-profile event that supports James Beard Foundation programs.

Benefits can be presented in a variety of formats:

  • Hosts can offer a multi-course tasting menu, a family-style Sunday Supper, or a walk-around party
  • Benefits may be hosted by a single chef or a group of chefs from a particular city or region
  • A restaurant can host its own stand-alone benefit, or a benefit can take place within a larger festival
Benefit hosts will be acknowledged in our digital media.
