This sparkling cocktail by Jenneffer Pulapaka features a citrus-infused tonic syrup that gives complexity and brightness to this elegant drink.
- 4 lemons
- 4 limes
- One 17-ounce bottle Jack Rudy Tonic
- 5 ounces white wine
- 2 ½ ounces Sierra Mist
In a mason jar, make several lemon and lime “bowties.” To make the bowties, cut long strips of citrus peels and instead of twisting them, tie them in a knot. Cover the bowties with Jack Rudy Tonic and infuse for 1 to 2 days.
Fill a white wine glass halfway with ice. Squeeze a lemon wedge over the ice and add the white wine, the Sierra Mist, and a small teaspoon of the infused Jack Rudy Tonic. Stir well and garnish with the lemon and lime bowties.
